[Autom. eng. transl.] The world of education and pedagogical reflection are called upon, in the context of a broad plan for the modernization of our country, to offer a contribution aimed at combining people and skills, training and work, identifying paths of inclusion and cohesion to enhance imagination, planning ability and concreteness in an unprecedented way. The interpretation that I intend to propose in the first paragraph of the contribution concerns the relationship between the undoubted potential of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and its actual success also with reference to the strengthening of training institutions. It is necessary that general objectives and structure of the plan, reforms, investments and missions are effectively correlated to implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the macro and microeconomic impact, as well as to the actual dynamics of educational relations.
