Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The new edition of the commentary integrates and largely modifies the previous one from 2021, framing the rules on criminal enforcement and its flexibility within the overall criminal sanctioning system and in light of Legislative Decree no. 150/2022 (so-called Cartabia reform), also taking into account the role assigned to restorative justice programs.
