Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume completes the work started with the first volume dedicated to general principles and now offers a reconstructive examination of the entire criminal procedural matter. The set of current provisions is therefore presented, but the theoretical-general and logical-systematic profiles are highlighted together with the underlying value choices, with continuous attention to constitutional requirements and international constraints, especially if of Euro-EU derivation or concerning rights fundamental.
