Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment to the art. 4 of the law n. 328 of 2000 has regard to the system of financing of social policies and focuses on the examination of the funds paid by the State, the Regions and local authorities, even after the reform of Title V of the second part of the Constitution.
