[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper dealt with the critical aspects of the mechanisms set up to set up control systems on the internet, addressing the dimension of responsibility that controls should follow. In fact it appears evident that the traditional dogmatic categories, as well as the techniques of discipline that characterize the "real" world, are not easily transportable in the network, where space and time have very different dimensions and meanings. Hence the problem of combining freedom and responsibility through rules that guarantee the exercise of rights and internet security.
