Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The figures of administrative law and the relationship between law and economy as reference elements; the historicized story of public intervention as an object; the composition as between power and processes and activities of execution as an analysis scheme: on these basic lines the work is carried out as a reading of the legal instruments in the economy, in order to highlight the reciprocal integration between real terms and systematic institutional profiles , thus grasping the essential dynamics of the discipline (also understood as self-discipline) of the productive activity.
