Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In this issue of SIM-Pic, the in-depth study of the topic of photographic composition will continue, with a specific focus on the so-called rule of thirds. The rule will be explained using some images. The contribution is completed by an example of EAS design aimed at experimenting with the application of the third party rule in order to compose a balanced image, which highlights the desired subject in relation to other elements present. The activity could be proposed after a period of familiarization with the camera or smartphone and spontaneous shooting sessions.
