Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In this work, the author addresses the increasingly central issue of business to consumer communication in the European agri-food market. In recent years, communication in the agri-food market has been the subject of increasing attention by European institutions, as evidenced by the number of regulatory and programmatic interventions that directly or indirectly call it into question.
