Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Safety in the workplace is strongly linked to the concepts of health and well-being. The social doctrine of the Church has offered an important contribution on these issues, helping to outline a new idea of work and business. This article focuses on safety education, highlighting the important role of training, identifying some considerations so that it can be effective in guaranteeing the health and well-being of workers.
