Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The issue of safety and health at work is today a more and more undisputed priority on the agenda of social and health organizations and companies. Even in the presence of a growing sensitivity and sometimes of a non-formal commitment to these issues, however, episodes of malaise and unease at work, of individual and collective effort to cope with the increasingly pressing demands of organizational efficiency, quick changes, the precariousness of the future. Faced with this scenario, it is a priority not to give up thinking about how today the working life of individuals and groups is solicited in its sustainability, to identify strategies for approaching and intervening in contexts that are really capable of accompanying the construction of working conditions and of healthier organizational life (Kaneklin and Scaratti, 2010) The purpose of this contribution is precisely to discuss through which levers and strategies of action it is possible to build safer organizations characterized by a more sustainable working life, through the delineation of some evidences emerged from three Research-training “sites”, which saw researchers and consultants respectively as writers and some colleagues from the Group of Work Psychology and Organizations of the Catholic University of Milan, and as co-researchers / participants of manager and professional groups of a hospital, an outpatient service and a rehabilitation and care center for disabled and elderly people in central and northern Italy.
