Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Globalization has made the sending of workers abroad more and more widespread. The conduct of a work activity in a country other than that of origin requires the Company that holds the relationship to deal with the risks associated with the movement of personnel. These risks increase when the workplace is in crisis contexts. A lack of or insufficient evaluation and risk management may lead to the occurrence of criminal liability hypotheses for the members of the board of directors and 231 disputes against the Company for violation of the legislation on the protection of health and safety.
