[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay reconstructs the fortune of the Macbeth dance (staged in Naples, Teatro di San Carlo, on 4 October 1818) and the collaboration between the choreographer Armand Vestris and the musician Wenzel Robert Gallenberg.
