[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from some literary references, the need to contrast the sanctioning approach that emerges from certain opinions or readings of the exceptionally introduced norms, as well as - more generally - from the use of criminal law in frankly afflictive and sanctioning terms, is reaffirmed. This is made possible through the enhancement of the preceptive components, which are proper to him, and of the principle of solidarity (first of all understood as responsibility towards others). Social estrangement requires, in fact, moral rapprochement: through the commitment, responsibility and freedom - which always and in any case remains - to respect the rules for intimate adherence by each (just as the arch would not exist without each of the stones of which it is composed) would start a virtuous contagion, aimed at reinforcing the precept also through the example of individual choices.
