Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This work shows, through some examples, the possibilities that sensors and microsystems offer to the medical field for the realization of new measurement systems for diagnostics and for the creation of interfaces between living systems and artificial sensors. These new systems tend to reduce patient interaction through the development of non-invasive techniques. In this regard, microsystems make it possible to create implantable systems that are extremely effective compared to standard ones. another important perspective recently opened concerns the creation of prostheses to make up for important functions such as hearing or sight. Alongside traditional diagnostic techniques, the development of chemical sensors makes it possible to use information, such as body odor, not previously used. In this regard, some recently obtained results are illustrated in the work.
