Abstract
The complexity of current employment dynamics, which has greatly affected the type of resources people are required to have, has initiated an interesting debate about the selection process as a whole and the different tools that can be used within it. Generally speaking, it is interesting to note how numerous categories of skills habitually associated with job profiles of an exclusively technical nature are now increasingly positioned close to traditional soft skills.In a peculiar way, green and digital skills, toward which the current job market is particularly oriented, also need to be considered in light of the socio-emotional dynamics they enact and detected through the use of tools suitable for the identification of relational skills.
