Abstract
In international migrations, religions are a characteristic element of different origins and belonging, making intercultural and interreligious competence indispensable in contexts increasingly marked by significant linguistic and cultural pluralism such as school. For these reasons, this essay deals with the importance of analyzing textbooks and all school materials through an intercultural approach. in particular, the image of Arabs and Muslims that emerges from Italian textbooks is analyzed.
