Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The school-work alternation is a capital experience to put the student in direct contact with the world of work and allow him to meet the professional environment. However, its effectiveness is demonstrated on the condition that there is a suitable opportunity to reflect on the competences being learned. A fundamental question is whether there are and what tools can be used to accompany the student in the experience of alternating school work. It is important to allow the student to adopt a reflective posture. Reflexivity makes it possible to make sense of the subject's actions and to be able to go beyond the plane of concrete tasks (what we have done and how). The writing has a reflective dimension and starts the analysis, but has extension through the possibility of the student to evaluate the experience, to evaluate the conditions that have contributed to increase the competences and to overcome the obstacles and difficulties
