Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The humanities is studying the psychological processes underlying pro-environmental attitudes and behaviors as well as climate and general environmental denial. Personalized communications to different types of recipients, actions proposed and supported within groups, and educational initiatives aimed at future generations will be the forces that will help improve the environment and reduce the climate crisis. All initiatives must, on the one hand, encourage actions that can be concretely pursued, even if limited and limited, but at the same time must promote a long-term perspective, in which immediate efforts and costs acquire an altruistic, systemic and future-oriented sense.
