Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The attitude of the guardians of certain regional international systems with respect to the need to abide by the decisions of the United Nations Security Council in the framework of the fight against terrorism may raise the delicate question of the relations between the order of United Nations and the regulations of the European Union and the European Convention on human rights. This article presents a reflection on the relevant theoretical models and, in particular, on the applicability of the theoretical model of the "dédoublement fonctionnel".
