Abstract
For a couple of decades Geography has focused on studies related to Religion. The relationship between Geography and religion has been investigated focussing on various aspects and at different levels: in particular, the Geography-tourism-hiking nexus (Timothy - Olsen, 2006). This paper intends to focus on a key concept in geographical analysis: the landscape. The goal is to reflect on the relationship between the sacred and the landscape.
