Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The objective of the trial was to study the role of temperature and phenological phase of maize on the growth of F. verticillioides and A. flavus and on the synthesis of mycotoxins. The accumulation rate of FB1 and AFB1 was significantly influenced by the phenological phase of maize; the optimum temperature for the synthesis of both toxins was 25 ° C
