Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article examines the legal limits set for the freedom of companies operating in the energy sector through the exposure of the discipline (EU and Italian) of energy law, from which it emerges that it constitutes an attempt to reconcile openness to the market and liberalization of the sector with the need to safeguard the general interests present in this sector.
