Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] It is often required, in jurisprudence, that the chance be "concrete and effective". But what this really means is not clear; and, above all, difficult to solve remains the question of the minimum probability that the chance must express in relation to the final event (therefore, of the minimum limit of "concreteness") so that its loss is compensable; just as obscure remains the problem of what are the criteria that allow the calculation of this concreteness.
