Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The aim of this essay is to emphasize the importance of immunizing the implementation of the PNRR from the risks of corrupt practices, fraud, money laundering, infiltration by organized crime and other offenses, while ensuring the virtuous and efficient management of European funds. To this end, some of the most significant measures to protect the transparency and integrity of the Public Administration are reviewed. and the adoption of monitoring systems for projects and reforms envisaged in the Plan is encouraged. Some concluding reflections are dedicated to the close link between transparency and citizen participation in the care of the "common good", first of all by exercising widespread control over the work of administrations with a view to strengthening the relationship of trust between civil society and institutions, functional to the prevention of criminal phenomena and the fulfillment of the commitments undertaken at European level.
