Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The illustration of the semantic context of the expression and the distinction between the static and dynamic profiles of the evidentiary phenomenon allow us to arrive at a tendentially unambiguous definition of the concepts used in the judicial evaluation of the probative admission. Therefore the notions, often used in a confused way, of verisimilitude, relevance, relevance and probative conclusion are differentiated. Within the notion of relevance it is thus possible to identify the aspects of non-redundancy, of the suitability of contents and of epistemological suitability, which last allows to resolve many doubts inherent to the so-called new scientific proof.
