Rights and social contract: from the simple to the complex space

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

Abstract

This article wants to analyse the notion of social "complex space" in order to overcome an individualistic and nominalistic view of right (considering also its historical evolution from ius to lex): since his birth, infact, the human being belongs to "complex bodies" in which right is originally based on a relational account of the same human being.
