Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution - particularly dedicated to the psychological operators of the penitentiary system, but for this reason to offer a problematising overview also from an educational point of view regarding the prevention and pacification models in criminal matters - illustrates the role of primary prevention, the reasons for measures of the response to the crime that are oriented to social reintegration, to the consolidation of the consensus regarding the respect of protected assets and to reconciliation. A specific study concerns the victim's position, especially with regard to penal mediation procedures.
