Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In the daily challenge that healthcare professions are called to face, reflection pedagogy can be a precious ally. Medicine and pedagogy share the same thing subject/object of study, the human person. Specifically, investigate the doctor-patient relationship calls into question a profound question of meaning and care that needs to be read and understood. Pedagogy can support medicine in the processes of recognition and interpretation of multiplicity of needs that the patient brings with him, generating a renewed vision of the concept of care. Pedagogical planning and coordination are configured as tools capable of assist healthcare workers in the relationship with the person-patient, promoting the integration of technological innovations such as big data and artificial intelligence. Give doctors the ability to having reflective spaces and times in which to narrate one's experiences represents an opportunity through which to re-build the roots of one's professionalism. The doctor who recognizes the human in itself is a doctor better able to relate authentically and professionally with the patient-person in front of him. The ICURE model for the systematization of practices taking global charge of the person-patient appears to be a fertile heuristic area for the authentic humanization of medicine. In a phase of notable expansion of research in technological direction, pedagogy is configured as a magnifying glass through which analyze experiences and practices, settings and applications, helping to ensure that opportunities are not missed construction of meaning that the pressing pace of innovations brings with it.
