Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] THE CONTRIBUTION EXAMINES THE RIGHT TO SCHOOL INCLUSION IN THE LIGHT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND LAW OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT UNDER THE PROFILE OF COGENCE AND EFFECTIVENESS. THE PROBLEM OF THE QUALITY OF SCHOOL INCLUSION IS EXAMINED BY REFERING TO THE STRUCTURE AND DISCIPLINE OF THE EDUCATION SERVICE.
