Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution, starting from a recent sentence of the Cassation, focuses on the problematic legal qualification of the contribution of the third party who participates, together with the author of the predicted crime, in a self-laundering activity: although the preference for a classification as money laundering is widely shared. not contest in self-laundering, it also appears in the light of the sentence in comment much less clear the argumentative path that can lead to such conclusion.
