Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Norberto Galli belongs to that classic strand of Italian pedagogy which, linking itself to the Thomistic and Rosminian tradition, finds ways and possibilities of deepening in the great current of personalism. That of prof. Galli can be defined as a "pedagogy of dialogue": first of all with other sciences, with psychology and sociology in particular; secondly with exponents of scientific-cultural sectors animated by different anthropological conceptions; thirdly, with the religious message, in order to rationally envisage an education inspired by transcendence. This volume dedicated to him, which was attended by Italian and foreign scholars, aims to outline new research itineraries in the field of family pedagogy. It stands out in the national and international panorama of studies for the exclusive pedagogical-educational visual angle and for the topics dealt with. The text consists of three parts: the first contains contributions aimed at highlighting the urgency of defining the history of family education; the second concerns the broad sector of the epistemological foundation of family pedagogy; the third highlights some peculiar aspects of pedagogy and family education.
