[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper highlights that not only the fight against terrorism and, on the other hand, the policies imposed by the global financial and economic crisis, tend to compromise some fundamental rights internationally and constitutionally guaranteed; the erosion of the latter also appears as an expression of a deeper phenomenon, which manifests itself in the progressive removal from some of the substantial reasons underlying the functioning of the international system of protection and in the underestimation of the link between different categories of rights .
