Abstract
Like a river, that after had flowing underground, returns to the surface, Niebuhr seemed able to exert his compelling influence on thinkers in United States with recurring success. Academics, scholars, journalists, and even statesmen continue to rediscover some elements of Niebuhr’s intellectual heritage. Gregory J. Moore’s new book, Niebuhrian International Relations: The Ethics of Foreign Policymaking, is an important book for scholars interested in IR theory. As with other recent works, the volume analyses the huge and perpetual relevance of Christian realism
