[Autom. eng. transl.] The question of minimum wages from a regulatory point of view must take into account the constitutional principle of sufficient remuneration, so far interpreted in light of the indications of the national collective bargaining agreements; but the current economic crisis leads us to rethink the rules on the relationship between the imposition of a minimum wage and the need to ensure, possibly through interventions of the legal source, an acceptable balance between wage and employment levels, aimed at guaranteeing the conditions of context for the development of regular employment.
