Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In today's situation, of increasing complexity as regards the emergence of social needs and deprivations, the relational characterization of services and interventions designed to offer answers to them, becomes a factor that acquires centrality within the aid processes. In other words, the articulation and the differentiation on the demand side of interventions and services in response to the needs of people and families, which affect an increasingly wide range of population, requires that the supply of services must take place on the basis of a knowledge, an observation and an analysis adequate to the challenges posed by the sudden change of needs and their complexity. In this scenario we now place the rethinking of welfare and its possible declination within a plural framework within which the pursuit of welfare is corporate, joint and shared.
