Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay, after having retraced the main problematic profiles of corporate social responsibility, tries to verify how, in a listed company, the so-called "sustainable success" (taken as a specification of corporate social responsibility) has repercussions on corporate governance. The attention, in particular, is aimed at understanding how the dialogue between the shareholders and the various relevant stakeholders of the company must be developed, in accordance with the requirements of art. 1, IV principle, of the new Corporate Governance Code of Borsaitaliana s.p.a. (January 2020).
