Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the criminal liability profiles of the subjects involved in the building construction process of buildings and focuses in particular on the ex post verification, in court, of the causal link between the malicious or negligent behaviors of these subjects and the harmful events related to the collapse of these buildings due to accidents or natural disasters.
