The treatment is enriched by the addition of new chapters dedicated to the general framing of the subject, to damage, to causality, to guilt, to compensation. Even the parts that had seen the light in the previous editions have been revised and updated or removed, and sometimes recomposed in other places of the discussion, giving the work a different balance.
