The Covid-19 pandemic has marked families’ lives in a significant and disruptive way. On the one hand, it involved a reorganization of the rhythms of life, in a precarious work and family balance. On the other hand, it asked for unprecedented skills in assuming uncertainty as the immediate horizon of any project. In this regard, the contribution starts from some thoughts that arose from the analysis of adoptive parents’ narratives, to find significant links between the adoptive experience and the ongoing health emergency. From a pedagogical perspective, an attempt will be made to highlight some useful dimensions for the development of family resilience and empowerment.
