[Autom. eng. transl.] The school, like all complex organizations, is a place where relationships play a fundamental role and where the quality of the relational climate profoundly affects the well-being of the people who attend it (pupils, teachers, technical-administrative staff, managers), moreover, in the specific case of the school the quality of relationships and communication are closely interconnected with the effectiveness of educational and didactic action. Dealing with the dense network of relations that inhabit the scholastic organization has not only an instrumental value, but allows one to go to the very heart of educational action in the awareness that without relationship there is no education. Teachers are asked to manage articulated relationships that require skills that are not always part of the professional background of the teacher and for which specific training activities are lacking or lacking. Furthermore, the ability to manage complex relationships requires continuous learning and constant work on oneself, where self-awareness, introspection together with confrontation with colleagues and willingness to change are indispensable elements of a career that requires growth go on.
