Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The writing constitutes a review of the jurisprudence of the period 2010-2012 which could be highlighted for the purposes of the interpretation of regulation no. 864/2007 on the law applicable to non-contractual obligations. It gives an account of rulings made in Italy and other EU Member States, as well as rulings of the Court of Justice.
