Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The sixth section of the Court of Cassation issued various rulings that deal with application problems caused by the changes introduced, with regard to encumbrances, by Decree Law 83/2012. The solutions proposed in two of them, of July 2015, conforming to others and noted here, interpret the renewed letter of the normative texts with the maximum possible rigor.
