Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The text is the result of a project funded by the European Union (www.victimsandcorporations.eu) and having as its object the application of the directive 2012/29 / UE to the victims of the cd. corporate violence, a term that refers to those that are criminally relevant and can be traced back to business activities, which are detrimental to the health, physical integrity or life of people.
