Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The book reviewed intends to outline a complete picture of the legal discipline of the person in the medical field, not understood in a monistic key, but as a pole of interrelation. Particular attention is devoted to the doctor-patient dyad, to the therapeutic alliance, to the adequacy of the medical act, to the individualization of the decision by means of the logos and the problematic discourse, to the error, to the consent, to the criminal responsibility of the doctor, to the criminal criminal responsibility for experimentation activities and the legal relevance profiles of life support treatments.
