Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Taking cues from Cass. 10064/2000 the author analyzes the figure of the attending physician, endowed with his own social typicality and a legislative discipline (DPR n. 1631/1938), and deepens, with abundant citations of doctrine and jurisprudence, also the notion of free work, spreading on the vexata quaestio if free employment relationships are eligible.
