Abstract
The contribution in honor of Professor Enrico Marzaduri deepens the discipline of the final determinations of preliminary investigations according to the rule of judgment of the reasonable prediction of conviction introduced by Legislative Decree no. 150/2022, through a reading of all the substantive and procedural institutions that intersect or base the final decisions of the investigative phase and inevitably affect the very structure of the entire procedure.
