Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] It is a contribution to research into the interrelationships between the proof of exemptions and the principle of beyond reasonable doubt, made explicit in the art. 533 paragraph 1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by Law no. 46 of 2006. The analysis is carried out highlighting these interrelations in every state and degree of the procedure in the light of the investigative and probative activity of the parties and the role of the judge.
