Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Analyzing the characteristics of the Proslogion method, the proposal of the unum argumentum turns out to be that of the affirmation of an original evidence to the mind: the being of which the major cannot be thought is structurally constitutive of the horizon of thought, like the unsurpassable in the order of the thinkable. Therefore it cannot be thought of as non-existent.
