Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Alongside theoretical and juridical essays, the volume also presents at first sight only heterodox contributions to the legal sphere, but which, on the contrary, now intersect some decisive profiles such as, for example, financial dynamics and the elaboration of algorithms for problems. -solving. This explains why the research involved not only "experts", such as philosophers and legal theorists as well as civilians and criminal lawyers, but also experts in economic analysis and operational research scholars. In this respect, beyond its natural scientific-academic destiny, the volume can therefore prove to be a useful text also for scholars or scholars of questions related to decision-making problems.
