Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the light of the 1980 Rome Convention (and the future "Rome I" regulation, to replace it) and the 1996 posting directive, the article examines the problem of conflicts of laws relating to transnational employment relationships, in particularly as regards the hypothesis in which the worker is temporarily posted to a country other than that in which he habitually carries out his service.
